Trauma is Energy

With the solar eclipse last month and the lunar eclipse this month, along with the shifting of the earth’s energy and humans ascending to a higher vibration than the current 3D dense reality, we are being called to work on and release our traumas.
This higher vibration we are experiencing can’t share space with dense energy. They are competing for dominion. The higher vibration is trying to move in and the lower dense energy of trauma is keeping us stuck. Some days you may feel like you got hit by a truck and other days you feel like you are floating on air. As such, if you resist releasing that which you choose to hold onto, you will create more discord and mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual upheavals. Wouldn’t it just be easier to release and let go of that which is no longer serving your best interests?
Are your emotions all over the place these days? Are you constantly being triggered by people around you? That intensity you are feeling is the stored energy of your trauma.
When we experience trauma, wounds, or hurts, if we don’t feel the emotions, let the body do what it needs to do to express the trauma, challenge thoughts that aren’t truthful, we don’t fully process the experience and it settles in our bodies. Our body holds our memories of the emotions, thoughts, and sensations. That’s a lot for our body to carry. It’s not meant to hold onto these wounds.
So what the heck do you do about it? How do you remove these dense energies in your body from your trauma? First, you have to acknowledge the trauma, wound, or hurt. Write all the emotions and thoughts you have about that trauma and feel into the same sensations you felt then. This will be intense if you’ve never allowed yourself to experience the hurt. I want you to cry, yell, kick, and punch a pillow if you need. Scream at the top of your lungs your pain. Curse the person(s) who harmed you. Call them any name in the book. Write how this has affected your life. This is not you sending them negative energy. This is you releasing the dense energy you’ve stored in your body.
Write out any negative or limiting beliefs you have of yourself as a result of this experience and then challenge the thoughts to more truthful statements. Say the truthful statement out loud and keep repeating it. Let it roll off your tongue. If you are speaking it softly or quietly, speak louder and with more conviction. Feel how that statement feels in your body. Can you let it in? Keep repeating it and breathing it in until it fills every cell in your body with a new way of being.

Take a crystal or rock from Mother Earth (giving thanks with sage or tobacco for the rock showing up to help you heal). Put the rock or crystal in your hand and start to rub it all over your body in circular counter clockwise motions. Imagine you are pulling the dense energy out of your body. Feel into what your body is calling you to do. You may easily pass over one area, only to stay in a specific body part longer. Trust your intuition. Don’t second guess yourself. You can also yell and speak into the stone and blow out any dense energy deep from your belly with a “ha” sound. When you feel you are complete, place the stone outside onto Mother Earth. Offer more sage or tobacco in gratitude for her releasing and transmuting the dense energy. You may use the stone for several days to repeat the process until you feel you’ve removed all the dense energy from your body.
Feel into your body. You should feel lighter and freer from this process.
Be in gratitude for the opportunity to do your personal work and to release your traumas. It will support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. You will feel more at ease in relationships. You will have more control. You will be less triggered. This will open you energetically to new positive experiences. The higher vibrational energy we as humans are ascending to, will become your new state of being.
